This month Anne Reney Smith has given us two recipes and two tips for the microwave. The recipes are for Rose Ice Cream and Rose Sugar and the tips are on drying herbs and flowers.

Anne says that it is best to use old fashioned roses with a strong perfume for the ice cream  and sugar.
